EAST LANSING, Mich. – Seven Illinois men’s tennis student-athletes are competing at the ITA Midwest Regional from Oct. 10-14 at the MSU Tennis Center in East Lansing, Mich.
Though the tournament began with singles qualifying play on Thursday, the Illini earned spots in the main draw for both singles and doubles action. Tyler Bowers, Mathis Debru, Gabrielius Guzauskas, Kenta Miyoshi, William Mroz, Zach Viiala, and Jeremy Zhang will all participate in the singles main draw, while Guzauskas/Mroz, Miyoshi/Debru, and Viiala/Bowers will represent the Illini in the doubles bracket.
