The 2021-22 Big Ten Distinguished Scholar Award winners were announced Thursday (July 14) by the conference office. Fighting Illini student-athletes captured 93 honors. The list recognizes student-athletes with a minimum grade-point average (GPA) of 3.7 or higher for the 2021-22 academic year that were also named Academic All-Big Ten.
