The final Pac-12 Tournament featured the Cardinal’s third consecutive title and second championship consecutive sweep. Beginning in 2017, the league hosted seven team tournaments and Stanford won six (no event in 2020). The Cardinal finished 19-1 all-time at the Pac-12 Tournament
Stanford left no doubt on Saturday, rolling to doubles wins on Courts 1 and 3 to claim the doubles point.
Singles was equally as smooth, with the Cardinal wins coming at its top three spots. Angelica Blake won on Court 1 over No. 41 Hannah Viller Moeller 6-0, 6-1, Alexandra Yepifanova beat No. 82 Jessica Alsola on Court 3 6-0, 6-2, and Connie Ma clinched it with a 6-3, 6-1 win over No. 52 Valentina Ivanov on Court 2.
Stanford will learn its draw for the NCAA team tournament on Monday, April 29 at 3:30 p.m. PT on NCAA.com’s selection show.
