Gators Announce 2023 Men’s Tennis Fall Schedule


Florida will play in six different fall tournaments, including the Gator Fall Invite at the Alfred A. Ring Tennis Complex.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida tennis program released its’ 2023 fall tournament slate Tuesday. The 12-time Southeastern Conference Regular Season Champions are scheduled to compete in six different tournaments across five different states.
 
Starting off at the USTA National Campus, UF begins with the Bedford Cup in Lake Nona, Fla. Sept. 22-24. Florida will then travel to Tulsa, Okla. from Sep.30-Oct. 8 for the ITA All-American Championships at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center on the campus of the University of Tulsa and Case Tennis Center at LaFortune Park.
 

Focus will remain on ITA competition as the ITA Regionals will take place from Oct. 12-16 in Atlanta, Ga., hosted by Georgia Tech. The Orange & Blue will close out October by hosting the Gator Fall Invite at the Alfred A. Ring Tennis Complex from Oct. 27-29.
 
Florida will finish the fall campaign sending a contingent of Gators to a pair of ITF events with the Fayetteville 15k Futures in Fayetteville, Ark. from Oct. 30-Nov. 5 and Winston-Salem 15k in Winston-Salem, N.C. from Nov. 6-12.
 
The Gators are coming off a 14-14 season in which the program made their 31st consecutive appearance at the NCAA Tournament. The 2023-24 campaign will mark the first year with head coach Adam Steinberg at the helm leading the Orange & Blue.
