Final Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll for Utah Honors 74 Student-Athletes

SAN RAMON, Calif. – Utah Athletics saw 74 student-athletes from eight sport programs honored today by the Pac-12 Conference with the release of the 2024 Spring Academic Honor Roll. For the entire 2023-24 school year, 219 Utah student-athletes were recognized by the Pac-12 for academic success, including 60 from the fall sports and 85 from the winter sports, announced earlier this year.

The Spring Academic Honor Roll includes Utah student-athletes who participate in the sports of baseball, beach volleyball, men’s golf, lacrosse, softball, men’s tennis, women’s tennis and women’s outdoor track and field.

The academic success by the Utes’ spring sports programs matches the excellence demonstrated in competition in a highly successful final year for Utah as members of the Pac-12 Conference. Among the highlights from the spring sports, the lacrosse program claimed its third consecutive ASUN Conference regular season championship and its second consecutive ASUN tournament championship to secure a berth in the NCAA tournament for the second year in a row; the softball program qualified for the NCAA tournament for the second year in a row; and men’s golf qualified as a team for the NCAA Championships for the second time in three years.

In all, more than 1,200 student-athletes from the 12 conference institutions were recognized for their work in the classroom in the 2024 Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll. Any student-athlete on his or her respective team roster with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.3-or-above, and who has served at least one year in residence at the institution, is eligible for the distinction.
