Enzo Aguiard was selected to represent Australia at the Chengdu 2021 FISU Summer World University Games in Chengdu, China. Competition for the tennis tournament will begin Saturday, July 29 and will conclude Sunday, Aug. 6.
Travel Day
After meeting some of his fellow Aussie crew at the airport, Enzo Aguard headed off to China. The trip was around 11 hours with the team arriving at 5:30 a.m. local time. They were greeted by a group of people who directed them where to go and helped take care of them as the traveled to the Village. Once there, they grabbed a bite to eat and tried out some of the virtual reality gaming systems.
