WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Monday (Oct. 17) saw the 2022 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Carolina Regionals officially wrap up at the Wake Forest tennis complex, with the Demon Deacons having collected some hardware through its hosted event.
Senior Maddie Lynch cruised her way to a title win in the B2 Singles flight, winning four total matches and securing the championship on Sunday morning (Oct. 16). That same afternoon, Anna Brylin and Brooke Killingsworth were crowned champions of the A2 Doubles division. The victory earned the two a berth to the ITA Fall Nationals scheduled to take place in San Diego, California next month (Nov. 2-6).
The Carolina Regionals championships were all firsts for Brylin, Killingsworth, and Lynch.
