CLEMSON, S.C. – TheΒ Clemson men’s tennis team is set to begin ACC play at the Duckworth Family Tennis Facility this weekend. The Tigers will play NC State on Friday, March 3 at 5 p.m. and will conclude the weekend against No. 25 Wake Forest on Sunday, March 5 at noon. The live stream for the matches is available here.

The Tigers and Wolfpack are familiar foes with Clemson leading the all-time series 53-21. The last time the programs met, NC State earned the 5-2 win in Raleigh in 2022.

Clemson narrowly leads the series against Wake Forest with a 43-38 record. Most recently, the Demon Deacons won in Winston-Salem 6-1 last season.

Last weekend the Tigers took care of business against 2022 NCAA Tournament participant UNCW, 4-1. Clemson earned the doubles point and saw singles victories from Nini Dica, Matt Pitts and Spencer Whitaker. Dica came back from 0-6 in the first set to flip the script in the second and third, winning 6-3, 6-0, respectively. He now holds an 8-1 record in dual singles play this spring.

The Tigers boast an impressive 9-3 record thus far in the 2023 campaign, including an 8-2 home record. Clemson looks to continue its success at Duckworth this weekend.
