SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The University of Louisville men’s tennis team concluded its final day at the Notre Dame Invitational, picking up two more victories for a total of 10 on the weekend.
The duo of senior Alex Wesbrooks and freshman Andre’ Steinbach defeated Indiana’s Sam Landau and Ekansh Kumar 6-4. Steinbach also secured a victory against Kumar in singles play, securing the victory in three sets 7-6, 2-6, 11-9.
Looking ahead, the Cards will head to San Diego, Calif. for the ITA National Fall championship from Nov. 2-6.
