TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Louisville men’s tennis registered three wins on the final day of the Alabama Four-in-the-Fall Invitational Sunday.
Matthew Fung, David Mizrahi and Andre’ Steinbach each tallied singles wins for the Cardinal Sunday afternoon. Fung topped Tulane’s Charlie Barry 6-2, 7-5 while Mizrahi defeated Mercer’s New Stefanovic 6-4, 6-0. Steinbach picked up a 6-3 win in the first set and was leading 2-1 n the second when Tulane’s William Kesterson retired.
The Cardinals will return to action on Monday with the start of the ITA All-American Championship Qualifying Draw.
