Washington’s junior duo of Cesar Bouchelaghem and Dzianis Zharyn are set to compete in the ITA Fall National Championships this week in San Diego. The Dawgs are one of thirty-two doubles teams to make the cut for the second of the three major individual championships on the college tennis calendar.
The event takes place from Wednesday through Sunday, Nov. 1-5, at the Barnes Tennis Center.
Bouchelaghem and Zharyn will play their first round on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. against a pair from Washburn University. One round will be held each day until Sunday’s final.
Live streaming will be available on Cracked Racquets (overview with commentary) or Track Tennis (specific court coverage).
Bouchelaghem and Zharyn are the first Huskies to make the ITA National Fall Championships in doubles since Jack Davis and Piers Foley in 2018.
