Arizona State swept the Wildcats in the teams’ last meeting. The Cats got a win on court one in doubles when Reece Carter and Salma Ziouti defeated Patricija Spaka and Domenika Turkovic, but the Sun Devils won the other two courts to take the team point. Arizona State went on to win three consecutive singles matches, getting victories on courts four, one and five, to take the match.

Reece Carter represents Arizona in the singles rankings at No. 98 and is in the doubles rankings with Brandelyn Fulgenzi at No. 62. Arizona State is ranked 31st nationally. Giulia Morlet is ranked 73rd and Emilia Tverijonaite is No. 107 in singles for the Sun Devils while Spaka and Chelsea Fontenel are ranked 33rd in doubles. Morlet and Sara Svetac are additionally ranked in doubles, checking in at No. 83.
