Previously On – Last spring, Arizona defeated Utah 4-3 in the regular season but then fell 1-4 to the Utes during the first round of the Pac-12 Tournament. The ‘Cats dropped the doubles point in both matches against the Salt Lake team. They also lost the doubles point against Colorado last season. Winning doubles this weekend will be a huge advantage for the Wildcats.

In the Ranks – The contests appear to be evenly matched as all three teams sit in the top 55 national rankings. Neither the Wildcats, the Utes or the Buffs have any individual or doubles players ranked in the ITA polls. It will be a fight all weekend to see which teams come out on top.

Up Next – After their contests against the Utes and the Buffs, Women’s Tennis hosts #23 Arizona State on Saturday, April 22 at 1 p.m. to complete their homestead and regular season. Then they travel to Ojai, Calif. for the Pac-12 Tournament on Wednesday, April 26 to Sunday, April 29.
