SAN DIEGO– Almost two weeks removed from hosting the Diablos College Invitational, No. 22 Arizona State men’s tennis (10-5) is taking on the Ed Collins Classic hosted by the University of San Diego March 15-17 alongside seven other teams. The opening match for the Sun Devils will take place against San Diego State (8-2) on Friday, March 15 at 12 p.m. MST. ASU is guaranteed three matches this weekend.
The full tournament field includes No. 14 San Diego, No. 26 Princeton, No. 75 Texas Tech, South Florida, San Diego State, Utah, and Tulane. With a win on Friday, ASU would play the winner of Princeton/Tulane, and a loss would drop them into the consolation bracket.
