Men's Tennis To Play Liberty, Old Dominion at Home


UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Penn State men’s tennis team will face Liberty and Old Dominion this weekend. Coming back to Happy Valley after an away weekend in New York, the Nittany Lions will host both teams at home, playing Liberty on Friday, Feb. 16 at 5 p.m., and Old Dominion on Sunday, Feb. 18 at 1 p.m. Both matches will be played at the Indoor Tennis Center.

 

SCOUTING THE FLAMES


Penn State looks to tie up the all-time matchup record against Liberty, as the Blue and White currently trail with a 1-2 record. The Flames will enter Happy Valley this Friday with a 5-3 record.

 

LOOKING AT THE MONARCHS 

The Nittany Lions currently have a tied record history of 1-1 against Old Dominion. The last matchup was held on the Monarch’s home court in 2022.

 

UP NEXT 

The squad will hit the road for four away matches after this weekend, starting with a match at Penn on Sunday, February 25.

The next home match will open up the Big Ten slate against Illinois, on Friday, March 22 at 5p.m.
