LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Commodores fell this afternoon to No. 6 Kentucky in another close SEC matchup.
The Dores tallied another doubles point victory with No. 33 Jeremie Casabon and Siim Troost defeating Kentucky’s No. 25 Alafia Ayeni and Taha Baadi, followed by Nathan Cox and Michael Ross topping Kentucky’s No. 66 Joshua Lapadat and JJ Mercer.
In singles play, the Wildcats took the lead with Court 1 and Court 6 wins, but the Dores rebounded with Casabon winning straight sets on Court 5. Kentucky bounced back, however, to claim Courts 2 and 4, clinching the match.
