Woodruff Announces 2024 Fall Schedule


KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Following a season where the Tennessee men’s tennis team reached the NCAA Quarterfinals for the third time in the past four years, head coach Chris Woodruff announced the Vols’ 2024 fall schedule on Tuesday.
 
During the 2023-24 campaign, the squad tallied a 25-7 (10-2 SEC) record and an end-of-year ITA national ranking of seventh.
 
To begin the fall slate, the Big Orange will head to Murfreesboro to compete in the MTSU Hidden Dual from Sept. 13-15. A week later, UT will travel to Tulsa, Oklahoma, for the ITA All-American Championships, which runs from Sept. 21-29.
 
The sole action Tennessee has in the next month will be in West Lafayette, Indiana, where the ITA Ohio Valley Regionals will take place from Oct. 10-14.
 
The squad will then take their talents to Baton Rouge, Louisiana to participate in the LSU Hidden Dual from Nov. 1-3. The third and final ITA event of the fall will take place the following week in Tallahassee, Florida, as select Vols will compete at the ITA Sectionals from Nov. 7-10.  
 
Tennessee will conclude its fall schedule at the NCAA Individual Championships from Nov. 19-24.

November 7-10 – ITA Sectionals – Tallahassee, Fla. 
November 19-24 – NCAA Individual Championships – Baylor University
