2024 NCAA Division I Men’s Tennis Individual Championships to Begin November 19

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – The 2024 NCAA Division I Men’s Individual Singles and Doubles Championships will kick off this week, November 19-24, at the Hurd Tennis Center in Waco, Texas.

This is the first year of a two-year plan for the singles and doubles championships to be conducted in the fall, with the team championships continuing to be held in the spring.

The ACC will have 17 individuals compete in the 64-player singles field, highlighted by four players from California and three from NC State. Duke and Florida State also had multiple players chosen for the singles championships.

In doubles play, nine pairs will compete from ACC schools, again headlined by two teams from the Golden Bears.

Cal leads the nation with four student-athletes heading to the NCAA Singles Championship and is tied for the most doubles entrants in the field with its two teams.

The singles tournament will begin with the Round of 64 on Tuesday and culminate with the national championship match on Sunday.

Doubles play is slated to start on Wednesday with the Round of 32 teams and will end with the crowning of national champions on Sunday.
