2023 ITA Fall Championships: Day Two Results


SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Day two of the 2023 ITA Fall Championships began on Thursday in San Diego. In total, three Tar Heels will compete in the singles main draw while one doubles team will compete on Thursday.

Round two singles results:

1:15 p.m. (ET)

Reese Brantmeier vs. Julia Fliegner of Michigan

1:15 p.m. (ET)

Reilly Tran vs. Emma Charney of USC.

Anika Yarlagadda defeated Kari Miller of Michigan, 6-4, 7-6 (7-1) to solidify a spot in the quarterfinals.

Round two doubles results:

7:00 p.m. (ET)

Reese Brantmeier and Elizabeth Scotty vs. Christine and Mae Canete of the University of Missouri.

The ITA Fall Championship Quarterfinals will take place on Friday. Each day will consist of one round of competition with the championship matches taking place on Sunday.
