Virginia Men's Tennis | Men's Tennis Match at Miami Postponed

CORAL GABLES, Fla. –  The men’s tennis match between No. 3 Virginia and Miami scheduled for Friday, March 22, at the Neil Schiff Tennis Center in Coral Gables, Fla., has been postponed due to inclement weather.

The two teams moved up the start time of the match to avoid the incoming rain, starting play at 8 a.m. The teams also started with singles instead of doubles to try to play an official match. Virginia held a 1-0 lead in the contest, with senior Chris Rodesch completing his match on court one before play was halted.

A rescheduled day and time for the conclusion of the match is yet to be determined.

Virginia plays at No. 14 Florida State on Sunday, March 24 at 1:30 p.m.
