Penn State is coming off a 1-2 week, defeating St. John’s 5-2 at home before dropping road matches to Liberty and then-ranked No. 64 South Florida.

After a dominant team win over the Red Flash, both Sam Bossem and Loren Byers earned singles wins on the road and the doubles pairing of Miko Eala and Stefan Simeunovic remains undefeated with a record of 6-0.

Bryant heads into this match with a 1-10 record in the spring season and a 1-3 record on nuetral court. Their sole win came in a 6-0 sweep over Oklahoma Weselyean on Jan. 20. Since then, the Bulldogs have been on a five-match losing streak, including their most recent 5-2 loss to the University of Delaware.

This matchup marks the first time in program history that the Nittany Lions and Bulldogs will face off on the court.

Dartmouth is 9-3 coming into this weekend matchup against Penn State. They are on a three-match win streak after taking down Brown 4-3, sweeping Colgate 6-0, and defeating Boston University, 6-1.

The Big Green is 0-3 all-time against the Nittany Lions. Penn State’s most recent win came in 2022 in a 4-1 victory at the Penn State Indoor Tennis Center. Despite Dartmouth taking the doubles point, the Blue & White fought back for four straight singles wins to clinch the match. Malik Bhatnagar secured the victory on No. 1 in a 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 win over Carlos Guerrero Alvarez.

Penn State will take a road trip to Fort Myer’s, Fla. to face FGCU on March 11 at 3:00 p.m. EST.
