ROSEMONT, Ill. — The Big Ten Conference today released its first-ever Players to Watch List for men’s tennis.
The list recognizes 14 student-athletes, one from each Big Ten institution, and includes three returning All-Big Ten performers in Nebraska’s Calvin Mueller (First Team), Ohio State’s Jack Anthrop (First Team) and Kenta Miyoshi of Illinois (Second Team). Also recognized were four players who appeared at the NCAA Individual Championships in November: Miyoshi (singles), UCLA’s Spencer Johnson (singles), Washington’s Cesar Bouchelaghem (singles) and Indiana’s Facundo Yunis (doubles).
The 2024-25 tennis season resumes this week and culminates with the Big Ten Championships, April 24-27, in Columbus, Ohio and the NCAA Team Championship in May.
