Women's Tennis Places Six On All-ACC Academic Team

GREENSBORO, N.C. – NCAA Final Four participant North Carolina saw all six of its starting singles players earn a spot on the 2022 All-ACC Women’s Tennis Academic Team, announced Thursday by the league office.

Senior Cameron Morra, junior Elizabeth Scotty and sophomore Fiona Crawley were selected for a second-consecutive season, while junior Anika Yarlagadda, sophomore Reilly Tran and freshman Carson Tanguilig were named for the first time.

Minimum academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0 grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one’s academic career for undergraduate students. Athletic achievements during the most recent season are also considered in selecting the All-ACC Academic Team.

The ACC Honor Roll, which recognizes all conference student-athletes with a grade point average of 3.0 for the current academic year, will be released in July.
