Seven Gators Selected for ITA Men’s All-American Championships


GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Seven Gators from the Florida men’s tennis team were selected to participate in the ITA Men’s All-American Championships, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced on Wednesday.

The 2022 ITA Men’s All-American Championships will be held in Tulsa, Okla. at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center on the campus of the University of Tulsa and Case Tennis Center at LaFortune Park beginning Oct. 1 through Oct 9. The singles main draw consists of 64 players, the qualifying singles draw will have 128 players and the pre-qualifying singles draw contains 256 players. The main doubles draw consists of 32 teams and the qualifying doubles draw has 64 teams.

Pre-qualifying singles will run Oct. 1 through Oct. 2, both the qualifying singles and doubles draws will begin on Oct. 3 through Oct. 4, and the main singles and doubles draws are set to start Oct. 5 and conclude Oct. 9.
