Opening Serve: The Vanderbilt women’s tennis team will travel to Northwestern to face the Wildcats on Sunday.

About the Commodores: Anessa Lee went undefeated in singles and posted a pair of doubles wins last weekend at the Miami Spring Invitational. No. 35 Bridget Stammel earned a pair of singles victories, including one over 60th-ranked Daevenia Achong of Miami (Fla.), with Holly Staff winning twice as well, and Marcella Cruz added two doubles victories for the Dores at the event.

Last Time Out: The Commodores competed against three ranked opponents–No. 1 Texas, No. 3 NC State, No. 11 Miami–last weekend at the Miami Spring Invitational in their first competition in more than two months.

Up Next: The Dores will travel east to Raleigh, North Carolina, to take on Furman on Jan. 28 in the first round of the ITA Kick-Off Weekend.
