RALEIGH NC State is off to a hot start and will prepare for its biggest test of the season.
The Wolfpack (10-4, 4-0) steps out of league play to take on No. 2 Texas (12-2).
NC State got the better of the Longhorns, 4-3, in their last meeting back in 2020. This will be the highest ranked opponent the Pack has faced in the regular season since playing No. 2 North Carolina in 2020.
