WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Purdue men’s tennis team unveiled its schedule for the 2022-23 campaign under first year head coach Geoff Young.
Young was named the Purdue’s 10th head coach in June, bringing more than 20 years of head coaching experience to West Lafayette.
The fall slate will feature a trio of tournaments. The Boilermakers will compete in the ITA Ohio Valley Regionals on Oct. 13-17 in Louisville, before heading to Virginia Tech Halloween Clash (Oct. 28-30). Purdue will finish the fall with the Big Ten Fall Championship at Michigan on Nov. 4-7.

The Boilermakers will hit the road for the first time on Feb. 11 to square off with Drake, before returning home for three more matches against Ball State (Feb. 15), Xavier (Feb. 24) and Toledo (Feb. 26).
Purdue’s spring break trip will go west to face Denver (March 12) and UNLV (March 15).
Big Ten play starts March 25 when rival Indiana comes to West Lafayette to start a four-match homestand. After the final non-conference match of the year against Butler on March 26, the Boilermakers will face Illinois (March 31) and Northwestern (April 2).
Four of Purdue’s final six regular season matches will be on the road against Wisconsin (April 7), Nebraska (April 9), Ohio State (April 21) and Penn State (April 23). The last two home matches of the year at the Schwartz Tennis Center will be against Michigan State (April 14) and Michigan (April 16).
The Boilermakers will travel to Bloomington for the Big Ten Tournament from April 27-30.
